What is ME Time? Me Time is exactly what is says, time you spend on you just for you. Many parents do not understand the importance of having me time and have failed to put themselves on the list. As parents, we are always taking of everyone else and are so used to just going along with the day-to-day rat race, that we neglect to stop and take time to please ourselves. We must not feel guilty about taking time to do something that makes us feel good without the kids. It’s not a crime to do that; it is rather important for us to carve out time to rest, relax and enjoy whatever it is that makes us feel happy.
